Conditions for Returns

  2. Condition: The user has the right to return any item in one of the following cases:
    The product arrives damaged and unusable by the seller. Receiving a product that does not match the pictures and specifications listed by the seller.
  3. Products not eligible for return: A product that matches the specifications stated on the website and has no manufacturing defect. A product that has been used by the buyer in a way that leads to changing its specifications or damaging it partially or completely. In addition, any product from which the serial number has been removed.
  4. Packaging: Items should be returned in their original packaging to avoid damage during transit.
  5. Customers can return our products by-mail.
  6. Customers do not have to pay Return costs for defective products or wrong products sent by us.
  7. Customers have to pay the actual cost of return shipping when the customers purchase the wrong product, it does not fit or they no longer want the item.

Non-Returnable Items

Shipping Returns

  • Return Shipping Cost: You must return to Amman - Sports City opposite Gate No. 3 - Next to Al-Azraq Hotel - Al-Sahli Complex, 4th floor 405 Amman, Jordan 11118
  • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We Do not charge Restocking fees.
  • Shipping Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Processing Your Return

  • Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the conditions of our return policy.

  • You have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value happens due to the return transit of the goods.
