All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Saturday). Please note that our order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (GMT+03:00) Arabian Standard Time (Kuwait) (Monday-Saturday). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day. Processing time includes verifying your order, quality checks, and packaging.
Shipping Area, Costs, Time, and Carriers:
All prices and figures are listed in Jordanian Dinar.
Please note that no deliveries are made on Fridays and public holidays.

Order/Shipment Tracking:
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Order Cancellation

Damaged Goods

Change of Address
